Joe Waters started playing the blues harp when he was 5. First song "the Catfish Blues". His Father , Jack Waters, brought joe up around music his whole life. Since then Joe and Jack have been drug all around the country because of their instruments and dedication to the music. COVID-19 Guidance in place.
